A lot of commuters and students ride a bicycle in my city.
When I was walking along the street the other day, I nearly collided with a bicycle rider using his smartphone.
Although we barely avoided collision, it is extremely dangerous to use a smartphone while riding a bicycle.
This experience reminded me of the importance of watching out for vehicles.
