February 3rd is Setsubun. Why do you think we throw beans?
It is often the case that we catch a cold, or something unexpected happens when the season changes. So we liken such bad things to a demon and drive it out by throwing beans. Furthermore, we believe become healthier by eating as many beans as our age.
Demons came to YIEA Tokyo academy today. We drove them out by throwing beans with the shout, “Demons out! Fortune in!”, and hopefully we will spend a healthy life this year😊
