When you want to borrow something from your friend or teacher, how do you ask them a favor? Students practiced using polite expressions such as “If you don’t mind”, “If it is okay with you”, “If it does not bother you”, all of which Japanese people often use in daily conversation.
There are lots of “very” Japanese expressions other than them. Try finding them.
