Random Tidbits

This is my favorite Yoga mat.

I’m into “Yoga” these days.
As I have learned Yoga before, this time I use my own mat and practice Yoga poses by myself while watching demonstration videos on YouTube. 30 minutes of exercise before going to bed every night makes me more relaxed and alleviate tiredness. My body is not flexible enough, so I will continue to try many different postures!
